A Workplace Safety Analysis, (WSA)
evaluates your present work environment, employee' safety concerns,
issues and behaviors. It uncovers the real barriers preventing success
and provides recommendations to implement immediate and needed improvements.
SMI will undertake both formal and informal interviews with employees
at all levels of the organization to determine:
Safety in the past
Safety as perceived today
Desired future safety
Barriers in place
Recommendations
Included in the assessment will be observations of the work environment,
employee work habits and a review of your present programs and initiatives.
A written report outlining the above categories and evaluations
will be furnished and presented to management. Strengths and weaknesses
of your present culture will be provided so that a meaningful path
forward will be determined. This workplace safety analysis is invaluable
