• Our employee-driven safety process
was implemented at a 150-employee paint plant. The company
went OSHA recordable free for over a year. This was the first
time in its 15-year history. Since the inception of the PerforMax™
Process three years ago, only 2 minor OSHA recordable injuries
have occurred.
• After implementing PerforMax™ at a 275-employee
chemical processing plant, a 68% reduction in W.C. costs was
realized in the first year. The number of lost workdays was
reduced from over 1000 to less than 400 in the first year
of implementation. The average cost per injury was reduced
from $8,200 per claim in to less than $2,000 within two years.
• Our proactive measurement and feedback systems were
implemented with a construction contractor at a chemical manufacturing
plant. The contractor has just completed one year without
an OSHA recordable injury.
• Our employee-driven safety process, PerforMax™
was implemented at a 250-employee machine shop. In the last
ten months, one minor OSHA recordable incident has occurred
resulting in direct cost of only $145. The company was previously
averaging 15 OSHA recordable injuries each year over the last
5 years.
• A construction contractor completed their first year
without an OSHA recordable injury resulting in an insurance
rebate of $57,000.00. This equates to a R.O.I. of 814%.
• After an electrical utility maintenance group applied
PerforMax™, they went injury free for four consecutive
months where previously they averaged three OSHA recordable
injuries per month. They have achieved 15 months with only
one OSHA recordable injury.
• A large specialty contracting company had experienced
292 OSHA recordable injuries the year before our proactive
process was implemented. Eighteen months later, only 12 OSHA
recordable injuries occurred. Workers' Compensation costs
were reduced by over $4,000,000.00.
• After applying our safety management techniques to
minimize employee risks and environmental exposures, one client
received the "Environmental Company of the Year"
award by their state's Environmental Protection Agency. |
